Mrs. Sukanya Shridhar Kulkarni enjoys working with children and encourages creative expression. She is a self-motivated, responsible, and hard-working person. She believes in reaching the have-nots in society. She loves her job and is always looking out for innovative ways to teach her students. She is a talented and accomplished craft teacher. She has been working as a remedial teacher for 7 years in the local communities and the Sumantra resource rooms in schools. Currently, she is working as a Field Supervisor for the Sumantra Organization.

Sukanya loves crafts, drawing, and painting. Her passion is to work in underprivileged communities.

She received the 'Innovative and Best Teacher' Award 2020-2021 from the Sumantra Organization.
