Shruti Shirish Kale is a committed educator with an innate ability to understand and motivate children. She has experience working in multicultural environments that emphasize inclusion. Shruti has the exceptional ability to establish cooperative professional relationships with parents, staff, and students. She is skilled at speaking clearly and expressing her thoughts precisely.

 

She believes that people can change and work together despite their differences. She has a passion for finding the extraordinary within the ordinary. This motivated her to join Sumantra as we predominantly work with underprivileged children.

In her earlier positions, she has worked as a Research Assistant in Dnyan Prabodhini School Pune and as a trainer at Garware Bal Bhawan. She has written self-study exercises for the Bal Bharati Geography book for Grade 3.

 

She loves writing articles, poems, drawing, singing, and music. For the last 23 years, she has been a teacher at the Akshar Nandan high school in their primary section. Shruti is a trustee in the Sumantra organization.
